the subject of a special inquiry-Department of State; Public Law 402, 80th
Congress (Voice.of America) investigation initiated on 1/14/52 (Bufile 123-12897)
in which Albany, Buffalo, New York and Chicago were all provided with
appropriate background information,
On 2/13/52, a report was submitted by
the Albany Division regarding
