For the information of New York, Albany is interested
in assessing the Irish .Community to determine the nature of
its affiliation with the Irish Northern Aid Committee (rNAC)
and Provisional Irish Republican Army (PiRA) with the immediate
objective in mind that.if there is an affiliation with either
organization the development 'of assets be considered.
New York is: therefore requested to. provide an analysis
of conduct bespeaking activity other than fundraising and
whether feasibie or not to direct existing assets in New York
to Aibany at the next festiye occasion to conduct an assessemnt
of strengths and weaknesses and as to what inaividuals might be.
