While it may be possible to approach this investigation
'from a standard criminal viewpoint (violations of the ITSp
Statute, Theft of Government Property Gun Control Act, etc.) it
Seems more appropriate to view it in the context of International
Terrorism.
Our primary objective is the detection and prevention of
international terrorism and the facts developed to date in this
matter fall squarely within the mandate.

additional information about these international terrorists in
