was interviewed at the Renssalear Poiy-
technic Institute (RPI) Field House on December 5, l985, and furnished
the following information to Special Agents

after those agents identified themselves to
advised that he is employed by RRI and that he
works in the Ticket Office of the RPI Field House.

.working on the'evening of December 4, 1985, at the time of a-scheduled
performance of .the British Royal Marines Band and the Argyil:and
Sutherland Highlanders.

stated that on the evening of December 4, l985.
two telephone. calls were received at the RPI Field House to telephone
number 266-6262, which is the number in the telephone book for the
RPI Field House.
The first of these calls occurred at approximately
7:38 p.m. and was initially taken by
a part-time
employee 'of .RPI who works events such
as the performance of the Royal'
Marine Band. According to
the individual who called at
approximately 7:38 p.m., toid
he wished to speak to. someone
in authcrity.`
asked.
to get someone'who wouid
talk to the:caller; and when
picked
up
the phone, the caller
had hung up.
At approximately 7:40
p.m., a second call was received,
this time initially by
a full-time employee of RPI.
According to.
this individual also asked to speak to
someone .in authority and
therefore, gave the phone, to
statedthat while
was handing him the
Hauoud
picked.up
the phone, all he heard was "with those Marines there tonight, if they
play, it will be on your shoulders."
This, as well as
can
recall, was the exact language used by the caller.

advised that it was his opinion that this call was
-a "live cali,"
" and that the.calier had not prerecorded a message to
play on a tape into the phone.
advised that the caller was
a male and
is further sure that the caller had an Irish
accent.
