condemning the use of plastic bullets by the security forces
in Northern Ireland. Those commercials were shown on ABc's
New York television station. A second television commercial
appeared in late Februarv ios? pn Cable Nevs Network featuring
accusing the security forces in Norcnern lreiand of using
terrorist tactics.
