:authorizes a fuil FCl-Terrorism investigation on the Irish Northern
Aid Committee with New York being designated office.of origin.
During the past two years, the New York office has developed
significant information and evidence which indicates that NoRAiD
has been acquiring funds which are being funnelled to purchase and
ship arms to the Provisional Irish Republican Army.
