Hew York is requested to reviev the enclosed
material to determine if the identified organizations
are known, are acting on behalf of the Provisional
Irish Republican Army (PIRA) am such activities,
i.e. direct mailing and television advertising are
consistent with PIRA modus operandi in the United States.
New York is requested upon completion of review,
