On 8/4/82,

FBiHQ Supervisor handling the

Donovan investigation, advised that the Special Prosecutor handling
the Donovan investigation was advised of New York's investigation
regarding the blasting caps which were traced back to the Schiavoni
Construction Company.
New York has been requested to resolve this
matter in an expeditious manner and provide weekly teletypes until
this matter has been resolved.
