come to the place of his employment at the construction
site located at 42nd Street and 6th Avenue, New'York City
(NYC), New York (NY). Following this telephone call
met with
between 1l:l5 and 1l:30 in the morning
at
the construction site.
advised that

were presently at the pizza shop across the
street (from the construction site) and.
desired to

at this time. Both
entered the pizza shop
(LNu) departed.
advised
that he had previously requested
that he
not
speak with anyone concerning this
equipment without
his
authorization for
own protection.

meeting with

wherein
had reguested
tolocate a source
for various arms/weapons.

that he, was under the impression.
