of various night vision equipment, bullet'proof vests, and
various radio/electronic surveillance equipment.

of the basement.
The unsub was extremely satisfied with
the night vision goggles and discussed that they could be
of great value to them (Provisional Irish Republican Army-
PIRA) over there.
The unsub stated that "he was here with his blessing"
and made a motion pointing towards
