the New York Officeof the Federal Bureau of Investigation
(FBl) and reiterated the following information which he
initially provided the writer on April l4, l982. This information
is as follows:

requested to know if
could obtain portable x-ray and radio frequency detection
equipment as soon as possible in that "a shipment was coming
did not provide any additional details concerning this equipment,
however did request to know if
could operate the

advised in the negative but stated that
the x-ray equipment.
again stated he would not
become involved in any arms

would be giving up his position
as

principle

elaborated stating that

profile is too high with the
US authorities and that their investigation of him could
