DETALLS:
By way of backaround. on 5/28/82, the Nyo in conjunction
with
seized approximately 42 firearms,

55 blasting caps, ana approximately 3,0o0 pounds_of ammunition which

had been procured by members of the Provisional Irish Republican
Ireland, for the PiRA. Subsequent to this seizure, the Nyo repacked
one Bushmaster semi-automatic rifle, approximatley 5o0 rounds of
ammunition, and several military ammunition belts with the remaining
carao wbich was shioped to Dublin. Ireland.
