conducted pursuant to Search Warrant number 82-0823M, which
was issued on June 18, l982 by United States (Us) Magistrate
A. SiMoN CHREiN, US District Court for the Eastern District
of New York.
A copy of the above mentioned Search Warrant,
along with a siqned copy of a receipt for the items seized
was left with
occupant of above described
apartment.
The following is an inventory of property taken
