the New York Office (NYo) of the Federal Bureau of Investigation
(FBl) and reiterated information that he previously provided

The radio scanners that were discussed were of
the Bear-Cat type capable of monitoring various radio frequencies
at the same time.
The vehicle tracking equipment that was
discussed was the type of equipment that could be monitored
from an airplane to monitor vehicles on the ground.
stated that he wanted remote control (R/C)
shops.
mentioned that this equipment was available
in England but that they wanted different frequencies than
