On 5/28/82, FB1 New York and
Newark, seized a

consignment of.weapons destined to Ireland. for the PiRA. As a
result of this seizure, four individuals were arrested.in New York
on 6/21/82, and three individuals were arrested in the Republic of
Ireland on 6/l8/82. This teletype sets forth certain investigative
guidelines for the New York Office.
