On October 20,.1981 in the morning hours,
received a telephone

date at his place of employment, the construction site located
on the northeast corner of 42nd Street_and 6th Avenue, New
York City (Nyc),
New York (NY).
advised that he
wanted
to meet an individual who was not identifed
at that.time.
went to the construction site this date
at ll:35 AM, however, did not observe
at this location
and did not see
immediately.
waited
at the site
for approximately
45minutesandthenmet

at East 6oth Street, mid-block between Lexington and Park
Avenues, on the south side of the street near a cheese store.

a surveillance in the area of the construction site during
that morning and that was the reason that he did not to
meet with
at that time.
At approximately 6:00 PM that date
