On May_l2._l982_at 9:20AM two white males who
were known as
were placed under physical

surveillance as they exited the Monteleone Hotel 2l4 Royal

Street New Orleans, Louisianna.
. The pair departed the hotel on foot and proceeded
to Bourbon Street where they had breakfast at Tony's Restaurant.
During the course of their walk the pair was photographed
by Special Agents (SAS) of the Federal Bureau of Investigation
(FBI).
At l0:lo Am the pair departed the restaurant,
walked back to their hotel and were observed departing the
hotel at l0:30 AM carrying luggage. They walked towards
Jackson Square located in the central section of the French
Quarter. At this point in time the surveillance was discontinued.
At ll:55 AM the pair was observed walking into
the lobby of the New Orleans International Airport.
At l2:05 PM the subjects got onto a ticket line
at the Pan American Airline ticket counter and the surveillance
was discontinued.
