advised he was on board the TFL Jefferson
serving as Chief 0fficer between May 20. 1982, and June 8. 1982r
and he supervised the loading, positioning. and unloading of all
cargo during that voyage.
advised he controls and
TFLu20038l-0 USA 22l0 was loaded onto the TFL Jefferson on
May 28, ls82. placed in position 2956 (nid deck) and was transported
of it to Rotterdan. Netherlanas, where it was off-loaded on
June 8. 1982.
provided a signed statement detailing the
transport of container number Tr1u2003el-0_usA 2210, which is
incorporated as part of this FD-302.
Stated he maintains
the cargo after it is _sealed by
authorities. He
explained ha
keeps detailed records of the cargo on the
Cargo Log. Deck Log (ship's itinerary): and Vessel Schematic.
Hodgson further advised he is responsibie for checking container
seals at loading. at sea, and at discharge.

at dock and at sea. loading. security and off-loading. I have a
cargo plan which indicates the position of every container we have
