The following observations
were made:

The vehicle is parked on the south side
of West 42nd Street adjacent to the West Bank Cafe.The
two men exit the vehicle and walk to and enter the West
Bank Cafe.
11:15 PM-

vehicle stops at_East 23rd

Street, eastbound, just east of 3rd Avenue.

yehicle and enters Ye Auld Sod Restaurant on 3rd Avenue.
vehicle exits the area, stops for gas at Gulf
station at FDR Drive and East 23rd Street.
11:35 PM .
vehicle heads north along
access road of FDR Drive; exits at East 34th Street;.goes
west to lst Avenue.
The vehicle then goes north on lst
Avenue to 96th Street and then gets back on the FDR Drive
northbound.
They take FDR Drive over Willis Avenue Bridge
to teh Major Deagan north. Vehicle exits Major Deagan at
East 233rd Street, Bronx and goes south on Jerome Avenue
to East Gunhill Road.
