which property and other items are evidence of a crime
to wit, a conspiracy to ship in interstate and foreign commerce
firearms which had the manufacturer's serial numbers removed and
obliterated in violation of Title l8, 'United States Code, Scction
922(k) and to export arms and ammunition wichout proper export
licensing as requircd by the Arms Export Control Act, Title 22,
