as McGOVERN'S BAR, 49-10 SKILLMAN AVENUE, QUEENS, NEW YORK,
AND THE BASEMENT APPURTENANT THERETO, tools for defacing
serial numbers from weapons, packaging materials, documents
relating to the purchase and export of the following items:
firearms, blasting caps, ammunition, military gear, including
fatigues, bulletproof vests, remotc control equipment and
electronic equipment, and documents relating to the purchase
of down comforters, all of which constitutes evidence of a
conspiracy to transport and ship in interstate and foreign
