The source of your deponent's information and the

have been investigating illegal weapons exportations by
individuals in New York to the Republic of Ireland.
2. On or about and between May 24, 1982 and May

in the vicinity of McGovern!s Bar, 49-l0 Skillman Ave.,
Queens, New York. The three men entered McGovern's Bar.
When they exited, the three went to a large yellow truck
parked on the street. The men opened the rear of the truck.
McParland was then observed opening the metal basement door
of McGovern's Bar, whereupon all three men descended into
the basement. They emerged carrying a total of four card-
board boxes, approximately 2x x 2x x 3 feet in size, with
what appeared to be a white label affixed to each and two
plastic garbage bags. From the way the men were carrying
these boxes, they appeared to be light in weight.
