says that he is a Criminal Investigator with the Immigration
and Naturalization Service duiy appointed according to law
and acting as such.
On or about May 4, 1981, and continuing to the
date of the filing of this complaint, the defendant JosEPH
CAHlLL having been previously excluded and deported from
the United States to Dublin,Ixeland,reentered and was
found in the United States in violation of Title 8,United
States Code, Section 1326.
The source of your deponent's infoxmation and the
gxounds for his belief are:

and Naturalization Service revealsthatthe defendant·JosEPH
CAHiLL was ordered deported after a hearing on September 8,
