residents of 0ld Colony Road, Duxbury. As of 1971 F. Hillary Carroll's
occupation was listed as Tax Agent. Carroll is reportedly the collector
of delinquent taxes for the town of Duxbury, Mass. and surrounding villages.
He is a member of the Democratic Town Committee and in the past was named

Carroll and his family which includes at least five children enjoys an
