(FIF) maintained savings, checking accounts or safety deposit
boxes. A subpoena for the United States District Court,
Eastern District of'New York for all documents and records
relating to any accounts or safe deposit vaults held in the
above nanes.
This subpoena ‘was issued with negative results
at the following banking institutions:
Ponce de Leon Savings and Loan, 37-47 82nd Street,
Queens, New York (NY)
Banco de Ponce, 83-22 Baxter Avenue, Queens, HY
Jamaica Savings Bank, 37-02 82nd Street, Qucens, NY
Pirst Federal Savings and Loan, 37-04 Junction
Boulevard, Queens, NY
A subpoena was also issued 'to Macy's Departrent Store:
1 Herald Sguare, NY,:NY, for all applications and
signature cards and any other information obtained auring any
credit check oF accOunt number 85 66 7536, MICHAEL FLANNBRY.

Jdvised that this particular account is an extremely

old account and Macy's cnly raintains credit applications and
records for short period of tire.
Upon review 'of Macy's records
advised that the application was filed in l955 and therefore
Macy's would not have the desired records.
